YOGA TRAINING

Yoga Training at Carmel School is an extracurricular program designed to promote physical health, mental well-being, and concentration among students. Through guided yoga sessions, students learn various asanas (postures), breathing techniques, and meditation exercises that enhance flexibility, balance, and focus.

The program helps students relieve stress, improve posture, and develop mindfulness, fostering a calm and disciplined mindset that supports both academic and personal growth. Yoga Training is open to students of all classes and encourages a healthy and active lifestyle from an early age.
